Nore went to a matinee to see Juice when he was a kid. A crackhead came to Nore with a empty 38 and he just so happen to have bullets. 2Pac character Bishop really had an impact on him. At 14 he see went to Spofford for letting off 6 shots at a gas station and shooting a dude twice. He had to go down to the hospital to get identified by the guy he shot. The state picked up his case and he copped at 3 and half. He ended going to the Island because the dude he shot ended up dying and they connected it to him because it happened in his hood. It was difficult for his mom coming to visit him and the crazy thing is his dad always knew Nore would be into the streets.

When he was at L.A.’s Powerhouse he got approached by Big U just to let him know his presence was back on the streets. He was dealing with a girl from his family members side and that’s where their friendship started. This is when he first got introduced to Nipsey Hussle and fell in love with his music. Every label turned him down because of his gang affiliation. Steve still had the passion to work with Nipsey because he believed in him.  He sacrificed finding love and spending time with his family to build is successful empire. Steve says he always keeps it real if you can do something for you he will if he can’t he won’t and he’ll let you know straight up. He only gets involved with things that he believes in. Pistol Pete gives Steve all his flowers because he help change Pete’s life for the better.

99% of the rappers are fake acting like gang members and wearing fake jewelry. Steve walks his own path and never allows anybody to get in his way. After being in the industry for 30 years he had never met Scott Storch. Steve started a podcast and starting interviewing all the music artists by pulling up on them. He ends up getting to do an interview with Scott through Raul from Terror Squad. The interview was soo good that Scott wanted Steve to manage him. He had the respect to call Scott’s old manager to let him know and dude ends up hanging up on him. The first year was horrible and nobody wanted to work him because he burnt a lot of bridges. He ends up meeting Wack100 and getting Game to do a record with Jeremih. 2nd year in, nobody still wants to work with Scott. He ends up doing records with A Boogie, Don Q and PNB Rock and gets plaques. The big moment was with Roddy Ricch and next thing you know he started banging out a bunch of hit records and now Scott is back in the game! They even opened a treatment center together. What a redemption!

Steve Lobel, the plug, access, the connect, the middleman from Queens. His dad and Russell Simmons were his mentor. From selling papers to bussing tables, Steve was a hustler early on. When he was 13, an unmarked car put him in handcuffs for armed robbery. He ended up in Spofford in the Bronx. He went to court, got out and ended being looked at as a disgrace to his family. People didn’t realize he got arrested for something he didn’t do. When he went to trail, the kid said he didn’t do it but the kid's father made him say he did it. It was a false arrest and he ended up suing the police and getting a settlement.

He grew with all different races and cultures in his neighborhood and school. He was addicted to sugar so he could never sit in school, so his focus was just to continue to be a waiter and stack his money. The crazy thing is he ended up getting arrested again for an addiction for shop lifting. This was his first time in a holding cell and it scared him. Because he didn’t have a criminal past the case got settled. At the same time he grew up with Run DMC so he would go on tour with them. He ended up saving all his money and buying the bar he originally was a bus boy at. He would have soo many celebrities coming to his bar and restaurant. This is when one of his bartenders worked at Relatively and he ended up going to a meeting and meeting with Onyx and Jam Master Jay to see Alan Grunblatt and that’s when he fully got involved into the industry.

Edi was friends with 2Pac since kids. He ended up pulling the Outlaws in with him. He went to Oakland in 92. Outlaws was about to sign at Interscope but Pac wanted to keep them with him at Death Row. Being a young black male, it’s almost evident to end up in the legal system. Right after Pac died he gotta gun charge in Atlanta. The manager at the Pizza Hut thought they were casing the place but they were waiting for the girls that worked there. Somebody called the cops and they got arrested.  2Pac mom bailed them out. It was a misdemeanor charge because Georgia laws are different. Most of his arrests were minor infractions. The Outlaws decided to go independent after Pac died. It wasn’t easy but they figured out a way to stay solid and stay on the grind. When Pac was locked at Clinton he would go visit him but every time it was a hassle because of the racist town the jail was in. He spent his 21st birthday seeing Pac.
